Default Plasplug Compact Plus.

Hi, Over the past few weeks I have been soaked with the showers, that being having my Rubi wet cutter outside and having to walk down two lots of stairs to get to it If I am not soaked by the rain, it's the cutter. I was wondering what the Plasplug Compact Plus cutter is like to take upstairs and use on a pvc sheet. I know it's a DIY job, but at £30 ish I woundered if any one has used this cutter? Jeff

Well, £30 is a big investment, so I can really appreciate why you don't just want to take the risk and buy one.... no one can afford to risk that kind of money.

-Well, it is a wet cutter, so yes, things can get wet. However it is better than some other makes... and for £30 quid, you will save that amount in 1 job, especially if your doing a job up a couple of flights of stairs and you are running up and down to your big cutter in your van all the time.

I use one, and yes it does spray quite a bit, guard does a brilliant job when its fully down though, but then I can't see the flippin cutting wheel.

I normally run mine on minimum water and top up very often.

Other than that I find it a great cutter for the price.
