a tx 700 (the smaller one in the pic) is a brilliant all rounder in my opinion, you may need to spend more than £200 tho'

Check out Montolit...do some great cutters but it depends on the type you prefer...single rail or dual like Rubi.

Dave at Trade Tiler will be able to advise as he stocks both types. Drop him a message or give him a call.

I own a Ts 40 and a TS 60 and dont have any problems with either of them, i dont believe in sigma tile cutters because they look like miniture stingrays, and i've never used one because i dont know how too!! a friend of mine has got one and its just noisy!! they could be briliant tile cutters for all i know, stick with good old rubi!! you'll have a really wide choice of hassle free cutters, and shop around you'll get a good price some where!!

i'v got a rubi TS-30 for those kitchen splashbacks, a TS-60-Plus for larger ceramics, and TX-700-N for porcelain which i seem to be doing all the time at the moment

well i own and have owned sigma , monty and rubi cutters( ts and tx) and if i was you i would get a sigma or the montolit they in my opinion are the better cutters but if your a rubi fanboy there is no convincing p.s darren if you are going for rubi do not get the ts range go for one with the moveable breaker ie tr , tx or ti range ...
