Default machine for cutting porcelain tiles

I found some cheap porcelain tiles at b&q only £9 a metre. They are about 5 to 7mm thick and printed and glazed with an almost matt finish.

I'm not a pro and this is a one off bathroom job about 18 sqm. I need advice on the best tool for cutting these tiles without breaking the bank. I would prefer to score and snap if poss cos I dont want to lose any fingers with a powered machine. I know these tiles are tougher than a regular ceramic so is it still possible to score and snap? Or do I need a wet cutter? The machine only has to last this one job so a cheap one may suffice. Please give me your reccomendation. Thanks

As above, hire a good Rubi cutter from you local hire shop, and you will need a good wet cutter for window cuts etc.
