ok,had sigma cutters for years,needing replaced.so what are the best cutters these days,sigma or rubi?

both are equally good but if like myself you prefer sigma,then your probably better sticking with what you know best

Yea, gotta go with what you are comfortable with, see if you can borrow a Rubi from a local tiler or tile shop and try before you buy!

Which is the pull cutter sigma or montolit?

Sigma do push and pull versions, not sure Montolit do. Rubi also do a Sigma clone in push or pull.
