I've read that a washboy is a must, Kaul and Karl Dahm appear to be the most recommended. I'm about to buy one but thinking in these credit-crunch times, there should be deals around. Anyone heard of any???

Karl Dahm's website has this new product with perforated rollers, anyone got one and have a view? Cheaper but then you have to buy the grid extra, so still £50 + delivery. TradeTiler, do you sell this one?

Some tools for your trade are important. Buy them once, best quality you can afford. They will last & pay you back !!!
They all come off your tax at the end of the year !! Spend an extra £20 and get something decent !!!!! Won't have to replace 2 years down the line. Buying cheap can be false economy

Thanks Brian and LF. I'm happy to spend money to buy top rated brand but wanted to check if any of the helpful tilers on the forum had bought this new model with the perforated rollers. If so and they recommended it, I would prefer to buy from a forum sponsor (if he stocks it). If he doesn't I'll go direct...... Cheers guys.
