Does anybody use them ..?
If you have used them then Tradetiler will be happy to supply them to you..
0 - 5 mm Wedges x 500

What are tile wedges?
These will save you lots of time and therefore money. Used for wall tiling in situations when you are putting bottom cuts in above any uneven surface like rough concrete etc. Using bits of card board and tile nibblings is OK But takes ages. if nothing is used the tiles keep slipping, especially when they have a thick layer of adhesive on them. The trick is to use a wedge instead but obviously you can only insert it the thickness of a tile. Turning it to the side over comes this problem. (see 'in use' picture) Micro adjust the height up to 5 mm. Use on top of each other to go over 5 mm. Great for marble wall tiling where each piece varies slightly and standard spacers will not work REUSABLE
Bag of 500
Weight 240g

Price: £3.49 £4.01 Including VAT at 15%

Re: Tile wedges...
I used these yesterday for installing skirting board after I tiled a bathroom floor, I wanted to lift the skirting by just 1mm so when I come to paint I have just that little bit of play knowing the paint won't run into the grout.

Masking tape never works when grout is involved mate, you always get some sort of over spill were it doesn't stick right. I started this game as a painter and decorator some 14 years ago (a flash in the pan for some of you) and If I could offer you guys some advice it would be buy some decent brushes. Purdy brushes are the way forward, been using them for years and no one comes close

Re: Tile wedges...
I used the ones I got in my floor laminate kit, I thought "I can use these at work" a couple of days later I saw them on tt's site. Never actually bought any off tt yet 'cos I keep forgetting to stick them on my order!
I tend to use random glazing packers, usually by 50 of each from 1mm to 5mm ones

Re: Tile wedges...
I've used various methods before, from cardboard to screws and panel pins, even chewing a 3mm spacer down to size....now I know there's a proper way
