You have to stick in your postcode then look in the 'renovate your home' section.

Re: tile window supports LIDL
Do you place them on the floor & at an angle to the upper tiles, or on the window seal after that is tiled & set?

Re: tile window supports LIDL
Or, you can get the expanding ones that works on a spring system . wife used to use them for hanging nets in the window, when she took them down asked if they were any use to me, God I thought, these little beauts will save me cutting lengths of timber up to hold the tiles up, had them about 6 years now, you can get them in several lengths, short to long, eh. 3-5 quid depending on length.....

yes slight angle from the floor, and just use the trigger to tighten them up.

Re: tile window supports LIDL
am i wrong for not propping up my top window tiles?
ive always just spread addy on the plaster and back buttered the tile to ensure a good bond and then just held it in place for a couple of minutes..

No, your quite in order doing that P'bro. The ones I use take seconds to put in place (see my thread a few back). so ya can carry on tiling....
