hi davey ,after one myself, dont like plying floors unless i am sure whate under ,let me know how you get on , cheers dude Neil.
yeah will do pal, just something id like to get.Better than getting wet and losing quite a bit of moneylol

I've got one, can't offhand remember price or make, but i know that i wouldn't rely on one, much better to check manually if possible

yeah thats the one ive got there fifty quid on ebay brand new free delivery......

ive got a black n decker cost £25 quid but im with doug here cant trust them all the time better to check to be safe!![]()
As a few of the other guys have said I would not rely on them being accurate in finding what you are trying to detect.
I have had a few cheap & expensive which I used mainly for trying to detect joist in ceilings when I am fitting Parador paneled ceilings for customers. As a tool I would say they are a waste of money.
