I wouldn't want to mix too much up with it in fear of burning it out, but I bet it'd mix a bit up.

I've mixed with a cheapo cordless drill from wickes with no probs, and they have long exchange guarentee's, so if they burn out you can take em back and get a new one for free, although i tend to mix grout up by hand most of the time.

I have used my Makita cordless lots of times for mixing grout but it depends how much you want to mix at once.

I use a Ryobi 18v Li-ion drill for mixing grout and addy, works a treat and only cost £99 with two batteries from screwfix althought it was on offer at the time.
