I have one, a Rubi. I have used it on 3 jobs this year.

It will all depend on the work you get. I have used mine on about 7 jobs this year but one of those jobs lasted 2 weeks and the 2nd phase is about to start soon.
Its a tool for a particular job and mostly i find mine is not needed.

I was the same even though I do use mine a bit more now for repairs. It is almost worth a group of tilers getting together and buying one between them for such occasional use rather than all tilers spending around £7-800 each on one

Re: Radial arm saw /Bridge cutter
I bought the "cheap" (£175) QEP one from Topps in Jan for one particular job. I've subsequently used on at least 6 other jobs this year, so not a bad investment?!?

Re: Radial arm saw /Bridge cutter
Still thinking of getting a bridge cutter but the Rubi nd200 i've got still suffices for all the tiles I cut at the moment, Even 600mm

I use it probably 1 in 4 jobs. Mainly for stone and occasionally for large porcs.
I tend to keep a small grinder next to it for tidying up cut corners etc.
I'd say it was worth the money and paid for itself quickly with the time it saves.
