    If you had £150 which manual cutter would you buy and why?
    Takeing into account it has to cut large format porcelain tiles.

    should have said im used to sigma which i suppose is going to be hard to beat and ill have to gather up to make it say £200.

    I would say another Sigma but i have no idea how much they are. I bought mine in 2001 and still going strong, cuts almost anything i have used.

    Sigma are the dos but think their £290 for a 75cm one now

    Husqvarna (heavy cutter but well worth the money) but just a little over the £150
    at £160 inc vat

    I bought my genesis 600 for £120 and it cuts 600mm porcelian no problem.

    whitebeam ive done the shant thing, almost everytime I got paid between jobs a whole lot of drinking, It didnt work unfortunately, this time when i start up Ill have to have a bit more reserve.

    Same here, although when i spoke to YTT the other week they were selling the US Felker branded version, exactly the same but yellow, branded up for the US market as Felker instead of Husky, but there selling for £180 inc Vat for the Felker version. Something to do with import costs.

    agree with mick ......i have sigma 690mm excellent cutter..had it for years changed wheel about 4 times over the years costs pennies for new wheels about £7
