Levels are probably the single most important tool you will have as a tiler. Don't buy cheap!!!

Hey Grumpy, Yeah thats what ive been told and was planning on buying a stabila from tradetiler (1200mm £20) but then saw this deal. Stabila are a good make ive been told but these seem cheap and am trying to work out if its too good to be true?

Just to give you an idea Davie, my 900mm AMI cost me £46 +vat. It is accurate to 0.5mm/M either way up. I don't believe Stabila, good though tey are are as accurate as this. They quote 0.5mm/M normally and 0.75mm/M upside down. Small difference I know but to make it is relevant.

I also think you will find Stabila have "pro" tools and "DIY" tools.

I was going to get the one's in Costco yesterday, £26+vat approx for 1200mm & 600mm Stabila levels, I took a trip to Stax in Worsley, near Manchester and got similar size levels in a zip-up snooker cue style case, with a Stabila Pointerman laser level thrown in FOC worth £50 alone for £30+vat
