    had a feeling that would be the answer, obviously things always look great on adverts coz thats there purpose, there is a video on the web which shows it being used on walls that aren't square aswell.

    Just use a piece of 2x1 to transfer you measurements for those type of cuts......easy when you know how.....i just use a tape measure.....
