There is a knack to it , we did an apartment in Maida Vale London about 2 months back 600x600 polished porcelain and it was lovely to cut.
As you say every cutter has pros and cons on a whole though this is a fantastic bit of kit in my opinion .
My Favourite cutter is still my little TS 20 though lovely for kitchen splash backs.
