Default Train to gain

Hi guys i'm in the process of getting an nvq and norcros adhesives sent me a folder in it there's a piece about 'train to gain' apparently the government has recently introduced this initiative which came in to effect on 1st August 2007. 'the government provides funding to delegates who meet the following criteria; no formal educational qualifications, are over 19 years old and reside in the England, under these circumstances delegates will not be charged for any assessment services in connection with the nvq qualification, for which ever route you choose, ewat or osat.

suppose that leaves me out though as i live in wales...ahh well.

if you need any further details get in touch with your local training centre

bye for now. Mike....
