    Default Floor movement joint sealant

    I'm tiling a domestic garage floor and want to put a movement joint in the middle because i'm moving from one set of tiles to a different type, do i fill the joint with ordinary sealant?

    What size of gap are you going for and how long is the joint, just out interest. We have been playing with a 2.5mm cornertape that when folded out flat gives a perfect 5mm gap joint and is lots faster to apply than masking tape. I could send you some to try if you're interested.
