|  Has anyone else had trouble with Topps lately | |
i went into topps tiles the other day to open a trade account after being informed a few days earlier what to take in to open it. when i spoke to the manager of the store he informed me that Topps have stopped opening trade accounts because there are enough tilers.
i just think he couldnt be bothered to open a trade account for me.
has anyone else had trouble with them recently ........

I would go back in and ask to open an account again, if they say no then i would ask again and if he still refused then I would say hang on il just call head office on my mobile. , think he might change his mind pronto , but then if it is a head office desision there not alot u can do . ? | | |

i managed to open a trade account in 5 mins in another tile shop across the road from topps that have offered to advertise my work in return for me to tile an out of date visual display. so it has worked out in a way. they have also offered to increase the amount of discount i get evry few purchases too. | | |

Try to open it with an order! If he still says no, take your money elsewhere!

I recently opened an account with Topps, I spoke to 3 different branches and two said i needed to spend £100 in 3 seperate times and the third said oh yeah ill open one for you now! | | |

topps have changed there trade system and now have three tilers per store to do the tiling - no trade cards on counters anymore
