What specifically do you mean by accessing the spreadsheet? The file you download is a compressed "library", called a zip-file containing two files. You can double click on it in windows xp and it'll automatically open with windows native zip-utility. The tw files therein are identical, except for the file format. The odf file is opened with openoffice, and the xls file is opened with excel.

Great idea! Marcus and I find the more detailed info you put in a quote the better it is. I used to use balpowerspec online and I found that a lot of customers had no idea what was involved in the background regarding tiling such as Tanking, Decoupling membranes sealers, trims, etc etc and once explained it always helped me getting the job
