Default price for floor

I've got a wooden floor to be tiled and i am looking for a price. To supply and fit 5 sheets of 12mm ply and lay 14 m2 of caramic tiles. The customer is supplying the adhesive and grout. Thanks.

I would price it at 300 for the tiles and 120 for prepping if the customer is having the ply delivered for you

5 sheets will set you back roughly 70 notes, plus box of screws and no more nails, personally id go in at 150 to supply and fit the wood and for the tiles,, depends on style but on avg 20 a m2 so another 280 so total 430

make sure they buy flexi rapidset as going onto timber and you will also need accrlyic primer to seal the wood and stop the water from the flexi being soaked up

if they buy b and qs finest tell them to take it back and you will supply it

for that amount of tiles id tell em toget 3 bags of flexi and 10kg of grout dependant on the grout lines you choose

I NEVER LET PUNTERS SUPPLY THE MATERIALS THEY GET THE WRONG STUFF ALL THE TIME

£300 / £350 for the labour plus the ply, screws and primer. Only a guide price assuming its 1 room not hall thru to kitchen with 2 doors and more cuts than full
