I grouted the bathroom that i tiled over the weekend and fitted two 1200 by 600 heated towel rails, pipes up behind the wall and out through 30 mm holes cut through porcelain tiles with diamond cores!
Why an employer? Have you got friends and family that need some bits done to get you going? My first job was my Nans kitchen floor, then my mums downstairs bathroom and then my mates bathroom. Gave me enough convidence to go into a customers home and know i could actually do the job.
ive been granted the apprenticeship with CITB when i finish that i will have the experience i need and il be able 2 drive by then aswell!!! so then il probly go self employed! and feel confident enough to do that! but i cant do anything till i find some 1 to take me on ive sent over 50 letters out to tilers around here but had no luck!
