Default Unibond silicone ?

Hi everyone, at home today sick as a dog, with food poisening not nice. I was just wondering if anyone uses unibond silicone, and if so is how doe's it compare, I know people slag off there adhesive, I hav'nt used either, but a customer has loads of the silicone and said I could take what I wanted, his brother works at the factory where its made

I have used their ivory, goes on ok, don't know whats it's like for mould resistance though...if you can get it for now't, take it and try it....Mark.

Not bad stuff have used it many times

Only thing i wil say it is well over priced compared to some of the trade buys

I know b & q stock it and cheapest on is about £7 going up to £10 for a waterproof mould resistant one

But if u r getting it free take it can't go much wrong with it
