cheers for that, seems a bit advanced for what i need to do. i only need to dot and dab one wall, the window wall. can i just dab stright onto the plastered wall

can you tile stright onto a plasterboard and will i need to fix screws into it for added strenth

ok read it, cheers for that. doesnt say for tiing though. do i need to prime it with pva before tiling onto or not

Don't use pva it has no use in tiling,use an acrylic primer for plasterboard.

Tys did you not learn this on your plastering course?

You should know not to use pva being a regular by now mate.

Simplified Dot And Dab Description.....cut Gyproc To Size By Saw Or Saw Pad ,dot Some Drywall Adhesive At 6 Inch Intervals In A Grid Effect On The Grey Side Which Is The Back Of The Gyproc.,now Place It On Wall And Use A Piece Of Wood Or Feathered Edge To Push The Gyproc To The Wall,take Care And Check With Spirit Level For Flatness,then Do The Same With The Next Piece And Use Bead Again To Get A Straight Wall.......easy As That M8.
