Default Average quote

Hi all,

A question for experienced tilers - how much is your average job quotation and after costs and VAT, tax etc on average can I get an idea of what profit is made, say per week for arguments sake.

Just would like to get an idea.

Feel free to private message me aswell.

Regards

NC

Default Re: Average quote

Pretty much an impossible question to answer in my opinion. Every job is different and coming out with an average is just not feasible.

The only consistancy you may have is either your day rate or m2 rate. Assuming you make reasonable money you would need to allow about 25% for tax and NI and VAT is probably not relavent at your stage unles for some reason you have registered voluntarily.
