Default cut tile butted up to tile trim

what do you guys do when you have to cut a tile that buts up to the back (flat side ) of the tile trim due to wall layout i have no option but to do this
or would you peice (one tile) directly above the bath for the tiles to work out without cuts to the trims ,i think that wouldnt look right!!!!

so if you took the first option does the tile sit tight up to the trim with a tiny bit of grout to fill it ,or would you leave a bigger gap?
tia

Tend to leave a small gap against the trim 2mm, if the tile is butted tight you'll find that the grout will sit on the tile and look tatty, IMO.

I always run silicon between tile and plastic trim i find it looks better and doesn't crack and fall out when dry.
