Default Mosaic Wall by Beyond Construction & Co

The pictures are of a mosaic wall project I tiled with yhe help of my son Neil. The design was thought up by the art teacher at the school and then recreated in glass mosaic form with the help of every pupil and teacher at the school. Each individual peice of tile was then held in place with brown low tack glue paper to enable me to fix it to the wall of the school. The adhesive was donated by Bal (Bal mosaic fix) which had just been launched. These pictures were only took yesterday when I had my NVQ level 2 tiling students out on a trade day visit to CTD Gateshead. It was a great day out for them with both Bal Adhesives & Devi undertile heating demonstrating their product range. I would like to thank Ray (CTD), George & scott (BAL) & Gemma (DEVI) for their hospitality and excellent bacon butties! The students were a mix of mature and 16-19 year olds and were all offered the opportunity to open a trade account. Cheers CTD, cracking service. 8-)

Cheers guys, It took about 6 weeks to assemble and about 5 days to tile after it had been rendered first. Busy planning & preparing to do a similar project at the moment, will keep you informed with its progress.
