Default Just got back from measuring my first 2 jobs.

Hi peeps

I've just got back from measuring my first 2 jobs....What would you guys charge for these...

1st Job,

En-suite - The walls want tiling from floor to ceiling (300 x 200) in ceramic. He's plastering walls.

1st wall - Has a radiator which he his taking off, and has a window (1m x 1.1m) He's getting trim.
2nd wall - plain
3rd wall - Has sink and boxed in with ply he wants top tiled aswell
4th wall - Door

Total 21 sq. mtrs

The floor wants tiling in 300 x 300 ceramic.. No toilet or sink to tile around. He's plying the floor.

Total 2 sq.mtrs

I've said he can use my trade card to get all materials so this is for labour only.

2nd Job,

Bathroom floor - 3.2 sq.mtrs wants tiling in 300 x 300 ceramics around toilet and sink. Also needs plying onto floorboards (assume 12mm?)

Thanks in advance guys

Monty

think your want 15mm if your working to bs for the the ply mate.
id have given a total price including materials even if you give all your trade discount otherwise he may just pick someone who's cheaper.

the floor id charge your day rate plus materials.

He was getting he's own materials anyway so i thought i'd offer him my trade card to give me a better chance of getting the job..

This is my first job so i dont know how long its going to take me..how long would you allow?

hi mate i live in manchester £15.00 m2 thats very cheap for wall tiling i would charge £20.00 & £120.00 for the floor it will take you 1 week to do the walls & floor but if you think the customer wants the cheapest quote then go for £15.00 m2
