| Hi Mick,
If you have got either a CTD or Tile Base near you, get in there tell them you want to buy it. We can get the 'CornerTape' out to them overnight.
We have it in Tile Base Dorking at this point in time with others coming on-line, but the more people that ask about buying it the quicker it will happen. The other thing that will happen is that once its in a store we'll be over to do a demo/training morning.
Regards
Andy
CornerTape was invented by a pro tiler with many years exp'nce, and you're correct it will help the DIYer as well, and i'm pleased that you find silicone so easy, its 'horses for courses' as they say, or 'each to their own'. When you talk about £25 extra i'm not sure what you mean, cornertape is cheaper than that????? And the point is, if you use cornertape you'll save time so the cost to the customer should either be the same or will come down. This seeems to be the thing that people don't think about, we're not suggesting that you add the cost of the tape to the job, we're just saying that you the tiler will save time and will just mean that you can move onto the next job a little sooner. 'Time's money'. Come and see us at the HBR show in April and see for yourself, we welcome any and all feedback.
Please don't take this the wrong way but out of interest do you use a tile cutter or a metal rule and scribe?
Ready mixed adhesive or bag?
Best regards
Andy |

tony | Hi Tony,
Do you have an account with CTD or use CTD? If so let me know which one and I'll give them a ring to make sure that they have it stock. CTD is set up into regions. It will be in all CTD's in East Anglia and Central and South Western U.K by the end of the week.
If you have any problems finding it, then just drop me a PM.
Best regards

Its not just an O.K joint, its a perfect silicone joint, hehe. We have found on our travels across the U.K different people have there own idea's about what is 'an ok joint', as opinions vary. Using CT the joints will be the same, no matter who uses it, its a bit like buying a Mcdonalds, where ever you get one from they all taste the same, hehe. The main reason for this is you don't need to have skill with a silicone gun, unlike all the other methods. And you don't need any soapy water, you can keep that for your partner, oi oi.
The video demonstrates that you can apply as much silicone as you like (or poorly) and still end up with a perfect joint without lots of mess and clean up afterwards. We recommend that you only apply your normal amount. In fact far from using lots more silicone if you use the 2.5mm or 4mm cornertape you will use less silicone than before, bonus!!!!! The 6mm gives the same size bead as using your finger and the 8mm is for wide joints that seem to crop up alot, and as everyone will know the bigger the joint the harder it is to get a neat joint.
Come and see us at the HBR show in April at the NEC and we'll show you what its all about.
Best regards

Don't get me wrong, I think your product has some good points. But mainly for the diyer, or the professional tiler not confident in siliconing.
If you work on a large site, and watch professional silicone guys apply their joints, that how I like to do it.
As for the joints being perfect, there are a few places on the video where the silicon dips in on the grout joints. | | |

Speaks for it self | You go steady Raja, people will think you're on the payroll, hehe. Many thanks for your comments, it is one of those products that people have to see to believe, both fast to apply and an finish to match, because of this we'll be holding lots of demo mornings at CTD across the whole country so I hope that many of the guys on here can find just a FEW MINS to come and see us when we're near them. I know that they will be impressed even if they are good with a gun. I'm in Camberley 2moro morning at 'Ceramic Tile Warehouse' so come along and take a look, please.
Best regards
