    Product Support Technician Vacancy

    London & South East



    Building Adhesives Limited is a leader in the building products markets, manufacturing and marketing a range of adhesives, sealants and coatings under the BAL and Dunlop brands.

    We are currently looking for a Product Support Technician to join our Field Sales team reporting to the Regional Manager. Preferably living within easy reach of the northern M25 (Essex, Herts, Bucks, Beds. Middlesex) to cover an area that includes central London and the South East corner of the UK

    The main purpose of the role is to promote, train and provide technical support to current and potential customers in the usage of the Company’s range of tile fixing products.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Providing technical sales support to current and potential customers
    • Visit tiling projects and offer advice and specifications to contractors and tile end users
    • Provide support service for customers where products / usage complaints have arisen, to provide solutions
    • Provide and or support training programmes organised by you, The Regional Manager, or the Training Centre as appropriate.

    Hi PualBal,It's very tempting but never done any office work always hand's on. As I'll be 52 this year might be a bit to old as the joint's keep telling me.

    Hello Paul and big welcome to the forums, I would have seriously cosidered the position but live in the North. Scott Armstrong has my details if a PST position should arise on my area. I personally have worked with and retailed BAL for the best part of 25yrs and consider it the best on the market. Good luck with your search for someone in the South kind regards ....Gaz
