I don't think it's over the top at all really.

What will the mats set you back out of that.

It only works out £30.74 per sq meter including materials, so I wouldn't say that was mind blowingly expensive or anything.

I actually think it is a bit underpriced in all honesty. Heavilly bevelled tiles in brick bond will take some time and needs to be done with a bit of care. Quarries are also not straight forward as the sizes can vary a bit and they are also small tiles for a floor.

Just my opinion and others may disagree. I think you will be working very hard for your money.

I actually had a figure of 900 in my head....so sounds good, none of the tiling you are doing is base level so you should charge for the work you are doing. Quarrys, brickbond, bevelled tiles, tile over tile. A good first job to get your teeth in to. Take your time and measure everything two or three times and if you get stuck the guys on here will help.
Good luck mate!

I'm doing a full bathroom in those brick tiles, its taking me ages.I,ve definately under priced the job, just gave a normal ceramic sqm rate and forgot that I'm actually laying over a thousand tiles on crappy walls.I now have to work saturday and sunday to get the job finished and it almost feels like I'm working them for free
She is very happy with the job though so theres alot more work from this customer in the future, pricing will be different next time.
