| Yes it was the right thing to do. | | Just a few lines to anyone thinking of making the jump into self employment.
Like most people I have been a wage slave for a long time I am 32 now have two children and all the financila trapping our society offers.
If you look back over the last few months at my posts you will see my journey into self employment and my feelings of fear, excitement and doubt and all the encouragement and advice I got along the way.
Well, I got up this morning, spent an hour with my children before nursery, came home made a few call, delivered a couple of quotes and got confirmation of a job for Thursday. Whilst drinking a cup of coffee I realised no one could sack me or make me redundant, I answer to myself and am even more excited and motivated to make every day count.
Thanks to you all for the continued support and for anyone else considering this, do it, do it now, I am still scared but it is a nice scared.... | | |

I feel the same as you, been self empoyed for the last few months, yes i still soil myself at most jobs but i am getting used to it,
I was employed in a big pharma company for years and never felt good no matter how much money i made,
I try to learn something new everyday and this site is the nuts for help,
Nothing like the feeling in getting paid for a job you have done,
Best of luck in the future
