Default correct trowel size

good evening.. help needed yet again
doing an ensuite this week end and was wondering if the 6mm square notched trowel would be ok to use in the shower.... many thanks ian....ps i will be using white star and would bal microflex be ok...

I use 6mm for standard ceramics, but what size and type of tile are you fixing up ?

If im doing small mosaics then I use a 4mm normally.

Microflex... I forgot, is that microban included in microflex. ?

If not, I always use an anti mould grout, Bal's microban.

it is just a standard ceramic tile 330 by 250. and yes the miroflex is the microban

You could ask them if they want it tanked out,more of an earner for you.Yes the 6mm trowel should be fine.

Yeah, if it's 6mm thick tile then that's about the lergest I'd still use tubbed adhesive for, and yes still with the 6mm trowel.
