Default tiling onto upstairs concrete floor.....

Hi guys,

just wondering about to tackle to very large concrete floors on third floor of massive building. Does anyone treat concrete floors that are not on ground level, they are even before anyone asks,(!) or just go straight on 'e, with flexi adhesive?( thats what i do) Just wondering of others are a little more careful.......


oh go on... tell me i do it allllllllllllll wrong...hehe

Just depends what the concrete is polished ? or not what size is the room ? what size are the tiles ?

hi PJ

tiles are 600 by 600. no idea about the floors polished ot not, havent seen em. pretty certain they wont be. one room is about 45 sq m the other little bigger...

i would be cautious and prime the floors with acrylic primer first.
Those are big tiles.

thats the nice part!

the downstairs dungeon part is huge and diamond pattern running from room to room, 8 rooms and a corridoor, and some of the rooms have got about 9 corners....very old place.......cant help but feel taking diamond through that many doorways etc will end in tears somewhere!

ah well, big job, good payday. plus, thank the lord have a few lads to do the worst of it....
