| Re: Urgent Pro Advice needed!!! | | I get mine for about £26 I think. Local tile shop in Inverness.covers about 5m2 per bag so you would get away with about 9 bags. About £285 inc vat I make it @ £27/bag.

| Re: Urgent Pro Advice needed!!! | | Ive been quoted £37.63 a bag at Retail and get 25% off that, £28.22, so cost would be £253.98 + VAT = £298.42!
Still considerably cheaper than BAL coming in at just over £500!!!
However after speaking to the Ardex tech people they said that in my case, a brand new build not yet lived in, it maybe best to lay ditra or other delaminating membrane to allow for the movement caused with the house heating up and cooling down etc as its been empty and as soon as they move in the heat could well cause shrinkage etc.
The adhesive can cope with that but the tile cant!

| Re: Urgent Pro Advice needed!!! | | Interesting response that from Ardex. Will bear that in mind if I ever get a new build to tile. |

Best get my best sales head on eh! | Personally Holohana mate, I would divert your valuable time to giving service to people that appreciate your concern and endevours. I expect that if you do the job, it will come back and bite you on the bum in a few months!
