Also check out Ardex 7001, does the same thing only single part.

This works i the same way as BAL Fastflex 2 part?

Next time I (HAVE TO) use fastflex I will use a 4.5mm trowel!

Good luck.

Aredx 7001 single part works the same way as BAL Fastflex 2 part?

Does Ardex 7001 work in the same way as the Fastflex and latex adative?

i:e can you use the Ardex 7001 product on a brand new property and brand new floorboard floor with virtually no flex in it?

Will save £000's against two part!

The Ardex spec suggests so but will also ring their tech help line tomorrow!

Brilliant, how much is a 20kg bag grumps? Have to try and find a local supplier.

Been quoted £500+ for BAL to cover 44m2! Tops quoted over £1200 trade and £1,700 retail!!!!
