Flexi onto concrete isn't usually neccessary, but won't take any harm.....Gaz

I use topps blue bag great stukk £8.50 for 25kg cant be beat mind you im down south may be cheaper else where

Most of the newly laid concrete floors have insulation beneath them(KINGSPAN)..
The concrete is then poured onto this..thus creating a floating floor effect but not as in the movment you get with timber ones, but there is still some movment so using flexi adhesives is advised.... (and grout).......

in addition to dh's reply....if the tiles are porcelain you will need a porcel flex rapidset.(so tile will bond to adhesive)
