| Plastering course to help with tiling | | Am thinking of doing a short plastering course so that i can use it with my tiling. as most walls ive come acriss need some sort of plaster and dot and dab from time to time i was thinking it might be benefical to do a course like this.
What do you think
Has anyone got plastering skills that you use for your tiling

| Re: Plastering course to help with tiling | | if a room needs a complete replaster i can make an extra few hundred quid so ill definitley look into it. tiling is all about prep, ive worked on some right bumby walls and ive had to pack the tiles out a lot, dunt half slow you down. that extra skill will come in handy.
wouldnt mind doin a beginners plumbers course but its getting expensive i suppose. all i need to learn is the basics of undersyanding the workng and fittings of sinks baths and toilets.

| Re: Plastering course to help with tiling | | A guy I done some work for who had never plastered went on a weekend course and plastered a small room and made quite a good job of it, go for it, and do dry linning as well, British gypsum do a good two day course it will pay for itself. | |
