Tiler coming to Scotland
Im a tiler from Canada moving to Scotland,ive got two teenage boys and my wife. I need some help on recommendation on places to live and how the tile job scene is.i was thinking about Ayr or Glasgow
Also what are the going rates to install by the square foot and hourly for a high end installer with 23 yrs of experience. Anybody's help would be much appricated

Welcome along Jim, there is a lot of competition for tiling work around Scotland I believe.
It would take a while to build a reputation and there are plenty of great tilers about.

Hi & welcome. I'm from Glasgow. Plenty work here & lots of large tile retailers based in Hillington area.
