    Question Question re- topps tiles

    Ive taken some advice and opened myself a trade account through Topps tiles, the question i have is when i log into my online account it shows me all the trade prices, but when i click on the item it comes up with price to you £**.**p or to get at the trade price to ring a number. Any ideas why this is???

    maybe you haven't purchased enough items to get the trade discount. if i don't use my topps account my discount goes to very little but the assistant puts it back up for me

    can never understand how topps work there trade accounts, trade prices go up and down like a yo-yo, imo if your in the trade you should get trade prices...

    I think the pricing structure has been sorted in recent months, I've never had any price variations with them but, I do use them regularly as they are the only tile supplier within 30 miles of me so I don't have a lot of choice, that said, my Topps are really good, only had a few issues with them in the time I've been using them, probably because I'm their best customer!

    Well i rang them and was told that they offer 2 levels of discount, 1 for people who buy from them every now and then, then there is a higher level for regulars
