I was in the tile assocation about 3 years ago
But i felt it really didnt benefit me
Has it changed now and would you say it would be worth me becoming a member again ?
It comes with benefits as it always did. We have quite a few members on here that are members of TTA. And they renew, so it must do something for them. Some of the benefits are geared towards retailers (PDQ etc).
If I was a tiler I'd sign up if customers were asking for TTA tilers only. The fact is nearly no homeowners are even aware of TTA. It's not like GasSafe or whatever which is drilled into homeowners. I think that's where TTA lack, personally.
They have a member-only section apparently that has some decent information in it (not seen it myself as I've never been a member).
Swings and roundabouts I guess.

TTA also now do an insurance backed warranty scheme... it covers a TTA's members work for 6 yrs... in the event a TTA member go's bust etc... a good selling point that other tilers do not offer...
