Default pre formed square and round trim ends

I'm usually an articulate chap but as soon as I try and explain something on here I'm always at a total loss and end up talking goolies. So sorry about the title but does anyone know what I mean? I think the three way mitres look okay but I have seen preformed ends that can slide into the trim and you get a superb finish, anyone know where they can be ordered from?
