A flexible, non-slip, water-resistant and frost-resistant wall and floor tile adhesive, especially suitable for fixing tiles, including fully vitirfied and porcelain tiles to low porosity backgrounds/bases. Suitable for use on concrete/brick/block walling, cement:sand rendering, plaster, plasterboard, cement sheets, tile backer boards, concrete bases, cement:sand screeds, plywood overlay, ceramic/quarry tile/terrazzo/hard natural stone, vinyl tiles/sheet bases, mastic asphalt. Conforms to BS EN 12004, Type C, Class 2T.

A two part, rapid-setting, sulphate-resistant, water-resistant and frost-resistant floor tile adhesive and isolating, anti-fracture underlay, suitable for use in interior and exterior locations. Suitable for fixing ceramic floor and porcelain tiles and mosaics (including fully vitrified), dark natural stone and slate. Suitable for use on tile backer boards, glazed tiles, concrete bases, cement:sand screeds, tongue & groove floorboarding, plywood overlay, floating plywood/chipboard floors, ceramic/quarry tile/terrazzo/hard natural stone bases, vinyl tiles/sheet, mastic asphalt, steel, glass reinforced polyester (GRP), steel and galvanised steel. Conforms to BS EN 12004, Type C, Class 1F.

you can wash single part off your tools, hands, clothes, walls, tiles etc but cant two part!

Well maybe not quite as bad as that but work clean with 2 part!

2 Part flexi makes ya go.............."FFS you are joking" when ya pay for it.

I can't understand the thinking of some tradesmen...:mad2:.what does price have to do with whether the adhesive is right to use or not, if the 2 part is used for instance directly onto floorboards or chipboard,then surely the price minus plywood or backerboard less labour less screws, totally justifies the price.....why would the customer object....after all they ultimately pay for it !!

I do use the right stuff for the right job Gaz..............It just hurts more paying for fast flex...........I know the punter has to pay, but you try explaining the rights and wrongs of these different addys...........whoosh, right over there heads. All they see is the ££££ signs adding up

Buy yourself 25litre drum of sbr from any good supplier, have used on many occasion sticks like s**t to a blanket, It has never failed me.

seems like quality gear the only problem is the 4-5 hour set time. it seems similar to topp fix gear. i use it on all bathroom floors now cause its £19 trade. the gear comes in small bags as well (2.5 kg) individual bags so its easier to mix
