How much grouting will I get out of 5KG

Hello!

I'm about to grout my floor, the tiles are 300x600 with about 5mm spacing.

I'm going to be using Maipei ultracolour plus (powder form), roughly speaking how much square meterage will I get out of one 5KG bag?

I appreciate it'll be a broad answer, but I've got the whole foot print of a bungalow to do totalling about 70Msq, so it'd be useful to narrow down the answer.

its a hard one to call, what thickness are the tiles and what depth of adhesive have you laid the tiles on?

I'd say somewhere in the region of 8-10 m2 per 5 kg bag.

just did a job with 600 by 300s on a floor and used 2.5 bags over 33 metre area

i would buy 6 bags...if you need more then just add on

i find with 600s i get around 12 m per bag ,,,,300s i think 7 metres

I did a floor recently in same size tiles and only got 5 to 6 metres per 5 kg bag

i find it also makes a difference say if its polished porc or a srougher tile that holds the grout more you have more wastage

put -mapei grout calculator- in google and u can get rough idea of grout needed
