Default UPDATE ON FAULTY TILES (3 yrs ago)

As someone has re-opened this I thought I would let you know what happened. I took B & Q to the small claims court. B & Q never once replied to the court. So the court told them to pay me or they would send in the bailifs. So hence I got all the money. Thanks to all those who gave me advice.

Glad you got a result, maybe they thought if they didn't do anything about it, the problem would just magically disappear!
