it depends on what ,s being used , could be mosaics or 200x100 tiles are we on about a public pool here

I was just thinking if someone asked about having one of my mosaics for a pool. I'd set the piece onto mesh, marble pieces all about 10mm but would it be best for 5mm or 10mm thick? Just a general query so it would be public or private.
