Screed and wooden floor
Hi
Ive got to qoute on laying porcelain floor tiles 60 x 60cm on a floor 24.5m2. Half the floor is quarry tiles which are soundly fixed, and the other half is chipboard. I take it you would use a decoupling membrane, my question is do you use it on the whole floor or where the two subtrates meet. Also do you use a single flexible adhesive to fix the membrane, and what adhesive would you use to fix the tiles standard, single or 2pt flexible adhesive.
Thanks. Tony
