vinyl tiles
hi,
i've just taken up the vinyl tiles in our kitchen - in some areas this has left lots of adhesive, in other places its taken up some of the compound below. Not sure what it is below, maybe some sort of levelling compound. Ive attached a couple of photos that should help with what i'm trying to describe!
Do i need to remove all of the SLC so the whole floor is down to the black material"? Or can i put adhesive straight over this?
I;ve got some GFIx acrylic bonding agent and Gfix flexi adhesive. I'll be laying 40x40 slate tiles.
