Default Tiling Bath Casing ?

I Need Some Advice On How To Leave Access To Underneath Jaccuzzi Bath. Casing Made Of Ply, I Was Thinking Of Tiling The Two Panels Then Screwing Through The Tiles To Hold Them In Place But Im Not Sure If This Going To Work Or How The Finish Will Look With The Screws . Does Anyone Have Any Tips?
