Uncouple or not

Hi all
Looking at a hall way tomorrow to tile.
From the phone conversation the customer wants electric ufh with cappuccino marble on a concrete floor
Would anybody suggest it would need a uncoupling membrane or with it been a concrete base not.

I'd suggest some thermal boards for the screed floor for the ufh..

I usually suggest thermal boards for concrete or if thats a no then use a 200w matt
Just unsure with marble generally been a fragile stone with the veins wether i would be best with u/membrane

I'd go for the the decoupling membrane, could save a lot of heartache if a crack did accure..
