Recommendation: Experienced Schulter system contractor. consulation advice

I am starting work on overseeing refurbishment works on an external viewing gallery and want to use the schulter system or similar. I am looking for an experienced contractor / supervisor to help advise me on appropriate detailing, tender selection and progress. This would be on an informal but paid consultancy basis. The original surface needs to be removed. The project is based in Lymington but the consultants should come from outside the area (travel paid).
