I am about to lay sheera modular slate tiles. Do I need to clean before laying. Or can I use the grime remover after laying and then seal before and after grouting?

    Hi and welcome..

Give them a wipe over especially the backs of the tiles..

Even though they come in the packs to complete the module, I'd still open them all up and grade them for thickness, it will make fitting them a much easier task.

Just use clean water to prepare when fixing and grouting.
Only seal when spotless and thoroughly dry on completion.
